A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival in Skardu (or before departure, if arranged in advance).

In rare cases where a trek must be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, road closures, permit issues, or safety concerns, we will offer policy needed — reschedule / full refund / credit toward a future trek.
Travel insurance with high-altitude and evacuation cover is required for all treks above 4,000m. This is arranged independently by the traveller and is not included in the trek price.
Great Adventure is not liable for delays, cancellations, or additional costs arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest.
