K2 & Broad Peak climbing period

Our climbing Sirdar leads acclimatization rotations through Camps 1–4 on K2's Abruzzi Spur, fixing rope on technical sections and tracking forecasts for a summit window. Climbers who summit K2 then shift to a forward camp on Broad Peak to repeat the process via its West Ridge. This block is intentionally not broken into individual days — summit timing depends entirely on each season's weather, and built-in contingency days absorb delays on both peaks.
